Here`s some lovely news ♡

Since February, I am teaching a weekly open class at the beautiful studio Hemma: Wednesdays, from 7:30 – 8:30 am. Join me in a gentle morning flow that will leave you feel nourished, at ease and energized for the day ahead.

I`m in love with the Hemma Studio since I first started teaching there in 2015. Not only is it in a lovely neighborhood, in walking distance from my home – it is also a truly beautiful space with a great energy and very sweet clientele and teachers.

I can`t wait to see you there on the mat!
