Folding Into Self – A Journey Home.

On October 13, Janine Pool will join me in my All Level class at Patrick Broome Yoga Lehel to create a unique experience of Yoga & Sound.

This very special class will nourish your body, mind and soul. While we turn the focus inwards in a practice based on forward folds, Janine will accompany your journey with hauntingly beautiful soundscapes that will leave you feel replenished, balanced and grounded.

Recline and relax into a sea of pure vibration and ethereal sound, finding home to your most harmonic self.

About Janine

Janine is a musician and sound healer new to Munich from the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s a yogini passionate about biosonics and the transformative power of sound. Creating an immersive experience in rhythm, tone, and vibration, she guides you to tune in to your personal frequency to find inner harmony and well being. Janine is blessed to have shared her sound offerings at gatherings, retreats, and yoga classes in Bayern, Morocco, Costa Rica, and throughout California.
